Returns

Do not send any items back without requesting a return first—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide:
- A prepaid return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your package

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a clothing item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at adiktsite@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following clothing items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized apparel
- Intimates or personal-wear items (e.g., underwear, bodysuits)
- Final sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the clothing item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

- Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
